JIG is a specialist company headed by Ian Corner and Gordon Millar. Together they have over 50 years experience in the environment sector and have both worked as regulator and for the regulated. JIG is Glasgow based yet undertakes projects across the whole of Scotland and Northern England
The environment sector is wide and diverse and although JIG has many facets its core business concerns those requirements of a development that are regulated by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) or the Environment Agency (EA), the planning authority and its building standards function (see links).
We often find ourselves challenging the regulators on behalf of customers and rarely does this fail to result in significant financial savings.
